However, we ask that you place your order via our secure web site. By doing so, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order. This will afford you the opportunity to make any changes prior to production. Should you place your order via fax or email, you may not receive a confirmation. This is very important due to the strict "no returns" policy. For more information on returns see policy outlined below. Production Time Table: Most of the merchandise on the web site is maintained and kept in stock at our retail location. Once your order has been placed we hand select each product and proceed to the personalization process. Whether you are ordering items for monogramming, engraving or other means of customizing, this process normally takes up to 5 business days. Once this process has been completed, we will then prepare your order for shipping. A few of the items we offer, are ordered from an outside vendor, therefore, these items may take a bit longer. Please read the item description carefully. Where appropriate, we have noted an expected delivery time frame for those items that are not readily available in our store. * During peak volume seasons, the production time table may take slightly longer. Shipping Time Table and Fees: We ship Fed Ex Ground. Depending upon the delivery address and the day that the item is shipped - we anticipate a 3 - 5 business day delivery after the package has left our location. Our shipping and handling charges are based on your purchase total prior to tax if applicable. That being said, during high volume seasons or when our suppliers are experiencing delivery delays your order may be back ordered. Should we experience this type of interruption or find that we are not able to complete your order within a reasonable time frame, we will contact you so that you may select another item or confirm that you are willing to wait for said item, or cancel the order. In the event that you have placed an order for several items and we are not able to complete the entire order, we will ship the portion of your order that is ready, and ship the remaining item(s) as soon as possible. The cost of additional shipments will be paid by Monograms Etc... Return Policy We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized merchandise. Each item is customized according to customer specifications. Please review your entries carefully to ensure accuracy. Monograms Etc... will not be responsible for mistakes made due to incorrect customer entries. Please refer to the MONOGRAMS 101 link shouldyou have any questions regarding monogram formatting. Once you have received your order, please inspect your item(s). If you find that your order has an error or is defective, please notify Monograms Etc... by phone or email within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. Your satisfaction is important to us and if we are responsible for the error or defect, we reserve the right to replace or repair the item, or issue a refund. In order o correct the problem efficiently, we require that the item be returned in its orignal condition with a copy of the packing slip within 30 days of our recorded outgoing ship date.
